CONSOLID 444 is a chemical substance, which breaks up the adhering water film and leads to an irreversible agglomeration of fines, reducing the capillary rise of water substantially.

The high effectiveness of CONSOLID 444 protects the soil, especially against the soaking in of water. It allows better compaction of the treated soil and increases desired density during the time and under traffic.

O.8 litres of Consolid 444 is applied to 1 m3 soil by weight. Consolid 444 is supplied in 50/200 liter drums or in bulk.

SOLIDRY is a dry, chemical/inorganic substance. SOLIDRY prevents the treated soil from water soaking in by closing the capillary. The capacity of water absorption is drastically reduced, which stops the swelling behaviour of the soil.

20-40 kgs of Solidry is applied to 1 m3 soil by weight. Supplied in 1100 kgs of Bigbag or in bulk or silo-tanks.

 WHY CONSOLID SOIL STABILISATION SYSTEM ?

It has following Advantages in comparison with the untreated soil:

-The required bearing capacity can be obtained with 75% up to 100% of the in-situ available soil and you save on the collection and transportation to controlled dumps and on the borrowed materials.

-The improvement of properties as well as the soil bearing values is permanent and an upgrading can be observed in a short time with the effects of traffic. The increasing firmness and stability of the treated soil will bring about longer durability and thus bigger savings due to less maintenance.
-As the soil takes part as a lead actor, the application of the CONSOLID® System is very simple. The same amount of additive is required for almost any soil to get the desired result. The other strong points of CONSOLID® System are:
